Group Classes

My Pilates classes are designed to meet the needs of the group and will therefore vary accordingly. I currently teach classes at several locations in Surrey and am adding new classes all the time.

Matclasses for all

‘Beginner’ classes are suitable for those new to Pilates, with injuries and/or chronic conditions and will provide you with the foundation needed to progress your practice.

The ‘Improver/Intermediate’ classes provide both the next step up and the challenge for the experienced attendee.

Stay Active over 50

Staying active is essential for a healthy body and mind at any age and in particular as we grow older. The low impact classes are designed to accommodate many conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

Pre & Post Natal

Pilates can help you prepare your body for childbirth and will also help you recover your shape after.

Older Adult/Restricted Mobility

A specialist chair based with some standing class designed specifically for those with limited mobility.
